Genome skimming of Petrocosmea

We performed shallow DNA sequencing on a representative species of Petrocosmea, assembled the chloroplast genome, and explored the relationship between the chloroplast genome evolution and the light habitat.本研究对石蝴蝶属（Petrocosmea）的一个代表性物种开展了浅层DNA测序，组装了该物种的叶绿体基因组，并探究了叶绿体基因组演化与光照生境之间的关联。
