Bacterial Community Structure in the Rhizosphere of 9 Wild Growth Peonies in China

In this study,9 wild growth peonies in China were used as the material to study bacterial community structure and diversity in rhizosphere by the technology of MiSeq high-throughput sequencing that was used to detect abundance and diversity of the V3-V4 region of 16SrDNA genes of bacteria.

本研究以中国境内9株野生牡丹为试验材料，采用MiSeq高通量测序技术（MiSeq high-throughput sequencing），通过对细菌16SrDNA（16S ribosomal DNA）基因V3-V4可变区的丰度与多样性进行检测，探究供试材料根际（rhizosphere）土壤的细菌群落结构与多样性。
