Chloroplasts rbcL gene for natural benthic ciliate Mesodinium single-cells

The chloroplast type of the benthic ciliate Mesodinium population from the sandy-sediment samples was addressed. The chloroplast genetic diversity was studied using barcoded amplicon sequencing approaches along the coastal beach of Korea.

本研究针对韩国沿海滩涂沙质沉积物样本中的底栖纤毛虫中缢虫（Mesodinium）种群的叶绿体类型展开了分析，并采用带条形码的扩增子测序（barcoded amplicon sequencing）技术，对该种群的叶绿体遗传多样性进行了研究。
