本数据集为针对作为小型蛋白质的三螺旋束（3-Helix bundles）与SH3桶（SH3-barrels）的结构基序稳定性开展研究时计算得到的分子动力学轨迹，且所有轨迹均从完整蛋白质中截取所得。
本次提交的文件包含精简后的分子动力学轨迹（每1纳秒对应10帧）。
