Water column bacterial communities in Louisiana marshes, 2013-05-21 to 2014-10-29

This dataset contains an inventory of taxonomically classified bacterial amplicons (454 pyrosequencing) from marsh water collected biannually (Spring and Fall) in 2013 and 2014, a component of a longitudinal study of marsh microbial diversity before, during and after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Complementary field data are reported separately and are available under GRIIDC UDIs R1.x139.143:0013, R1.x139.143:0015, R1.x139.143:0035, and R1.x139.143:0043.

本数据集收录经分类学鉴定的细菌扩增子（454焦磷酸测序（454 pyrosequencing））的汇总清单，样本采集自2013年与2014年每年春季及秋季（每半年采样一次）的沼泽水体。本数据集为深水地平线（Deepwater Horizon）漏油事件发生前、发生期间及发生后沼泽微生物多样性纵向研究的组成部分。配套野外数据已另行发表，可通过GRIIDC UDIs R1.x139.143:0013、R1.x139.143:0015、R1.x139.143:0035及R1.x139.143:0043获取。
