Reproducibility package for "Dissipative Reproductive Coupling: A Nonequilibrium Reproduction Number for Autocatalytic Chemical Systems

This Zenodo record provides the reproducibility package for the manuscript "Dissipative Reproductive Coupling: A Nonequilibrium Reproduction Number for Autocatalytic Chemical Systems." The package includes the computational notebook, simulation outputs, figure files, and supporting materials used for the manuscript's illustrative tests. These examples examine when a specified autocatalytic organization persists, washes out, or remains unaffected by unrelated side dissipation. The archive includes: a planted autocatalytic washout-threshold example, a phase-boundary simulation for candidate copy modes, and a nonproductive dissipation control showing that added energy dissipation does not by itselfincrease reproductive persistence unless it is coupled to the copy-producing pathway. The materials are provided to make the manuscript's computational examples transparent and reproducible. They validate the threshold behavior for specified candidate copy modes, but do not attempt automatic discovery of allpossible reproductive organizations in arbitrary chemical reaction networks.
