Transcriptomic data of Prunus salicina fruits in two developmental stages

To investigate the genes and the regulatory elements involved in the biosynthesis of phenolic compound in Japanese plum fruits, we compared the RNA-seq data of two cultivars (Angeleno and 98-99) with contrasting phenolic profiles in two developmental stages (stone hardening and ripe fruit).为探究日本李果实中参与酚类物质生物合成的基因及调控元件，本研究选取两个酚类物质组成存在显著差异的品种（安杰诺（Angeleno）与98-99），对其在两个发育阶段——硬核期与完熟期的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据进行了对比分析。
