Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is one of the most common and deadly forms of hematopoietic malignancies. We hypothesized that microarray studies could identify aberrantly expressed genes selectively expressed in AML blasts, believing that these genes may be potential therapeutic targets for adoptive T-cell strategies Overall design: We compared gene expression profiles between leukemic blasts from 30 AML patients (this series and GSE9476) and prepublished samples of normal hematopoietic cells from healthy donors (N=17, GSE9476) and testis samples (N=2, GSE1133).
急性髓系白血病(Acute myeloid leukemia, AML)是临床最常见、致死性最高的造血系统恶性肿瘤之一。本研究提出假设:通过基因芯片(microarray)分析,可筛选出在AML原始细胞(AML blasts)中选择性异常表达的基因,且此类基因有望成为过继性T细胞治疗策略的潜在靶向靶点。实验设计:本研究对比了30例AML患者的白血病原始细胞基因表达谱(本数据集及GSE9476),以及已公开发布的健康供者正常造血细胞样本(N=17,对应数据集GSE9476)与睾丸组织样本(N=2,对应数据集GSE1133)的基因表达谱。
