Illumina reads analysis of Vibrio alfacsensis pSEA2-free strain LN95

Illumina reads of Vibrio alfacsensis pSEA2-free strain LN95 were used to confirm the loss of plasmid pSEA2 from strain 04Ya249. 以阿尔法斯弧菌（Vibrio alfacsensis）pSEA2缺失菌株LN95的Illumina测序读段（Illumina reads），验证菌株04Ya249是否丢失了质粒pSEA2。该批读段同时被用于检索转座子Tn6945的环状形式，但未检测到该结构。
