为探究基因表达与DNA甲基化变化之间的相关性,本数据集针对不同发育阶段分离得到的造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells,HSCs)开展基因表达谱分析。所纳入分析的造血干细胞分别分离自:e14.5胎肝(细胞表型为lineage- ckit+ sca1+CD150+ CD48- Mac1+)、3月龄小鼠(细胞表型为lineage- ckit+ sca1+ CD34- Flk2-)以及25月龄小鼠(细胞表型为lineage- ckit+ sca1+ CD34- Flk2-)
