该数据集记录了2014年青海省国家重点监控企业未开展污染源监督性监测原因。数据统计自青海省生态环境厅，数据集包含4个文件，分别为：2014年第一、二、三、四季度青海省国家重点监控企业未开展污染源监督性监测原因。数据集针对青海省湟中县、互助县、民和县、共和县、兴海县、天峻县、德令哈、大柴旦、大通县、乐都县、格尔木市国控重点污染企业在“未监测废水”、“未监测废气”、“未监测重金属废水”给出了出口无法监测的具体原因。

This dataset records the reasons why national key monitored enterprises in Qinghai Province failed to conduct supervised pollution source monitoring in 2014. The data is collected from the Qinghai Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment. The dataset contains four files, namely: Reasons for the Failure to Conduct Supervised Pollution Source Monitoring of National Key Monitored Enterprises in Qinghai Province in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2014.

This dataset provides specific reasons for the inability to monitor the discharge outlets of state-controlled key polluting enterprises located in Huangzhong County, Huzhu County, Minhe County, Gonghe County, Xinghai County, Tianjun County, Delingha, Dachaidan, Datong County, Ledu County, and Golmud City of Qinghai Province, under the three categories of "no wastewater monitoring", "no exhaust gas monitoring", and "no heavy metal wastewater monitoring".
