This study abot Streptomyces aim to Obtained antibiotic-producing Streptomyces isolates from Rhizosphere of Teki Grass(Cyperus rotundus L.) that grows in the Cemoro Sewu plateau and knowsits antibiotic activity against test microorganisms. Knowing the phenetic and phylogenetic characters of selected Streptomyces isolates that produceantibiotics based on 16S rRNA gene sequences. Understanding the phylogenetic character of superior Streptomyces isolates that produce antibiotics(Streptomyces sp. CRB46) based on the results of Whole Genome sequencing (WGS). Assess differences in the character of superior Streptomyces isolates (Streptomyces sp. CRB46)with comparative Streptomyces (Streptomyces rochei NRRL B-2410) basedRAST, AntiMASH and BASys analysis results.
本研究以链霉菌(Streptomyces)为研究对象,旨在从生长于切莫罗塞武高原的香附子(Cyperus rotundus L.,又名Teki Grass)根际环境中分离得到产抗生素的链霉菌菌株,并测定其对受试微生物的抗菌活性;基于16S rRNA基因序列,解析筛选获得的产抗生素链霉菌菌株的表型与系统发育特征;基于全基因组测序(Whole Genome Sequencing, WGS)结果,解析优质产抗生素链霉菌菌株Streptomyces sp. CRB46的系统发育特征;并通过RAST、AntiMASH与BASys分析结果,对比该优质菌株与参比菌株Streptomyces rochei NRRL B-2410的特征差异。
