Experimental activity of the pilot plant platform reported in the deliverable 3.3

The dataset includes the tables concerning the experimental activity reported in the deliverable 3.3, the data produced includes more than one year of operation of the pilot plant platform, two main periods were considered here according to the progressive optimizations of the pilot plant platform. The description of the experimental periods is reported below: - the first experimental part during in which the whole mass balance of the system was studied in order to determine the feasibility of the process and the future perspectives in terms of scalability. - the second experimental period was dedicated to the optimization of the pilot plant so to achieve better yields in its different steps. Many components, such as pipes/pumps and valves, were changed in order to achieve better performance in the daily operations and better control of every single unit. Moreover, the PHA production step was put under automatic control so to optimise the single operations.

本数据集包含与交付物3.3中报告的实验活动相关的表格，所产生的数据涵盖中试装置平台超过一年的运行情况。根据中试装置平台的逐步优化，本研究考虑了两个主要阶段。实验阶段的描述如下：- 第一阶段实验旨在研究系统的整体质量平衡，以确定工艺的可行性及未来的规模化前景；- 第二阶段实验致力于中试装置的优化，以提升各步骤的产率。为改善日常运行性能及增强各单元的控制效果，更换了管道/泵、阀门等多种组件。此外，PHA生产步骤被纳入自动控制，以优化各单项操作。
