课题针对国家国防、航空航天和新型导热材料等领域的重大需求,发展有重要应用的碳纳米管薄膜有序宏观体,主要目标包括制备出高密度(1.59g cm-3)、高导热系数(558.06-700.15 W m−1 K−1),高导电性(4870±150 S cm−1)、高机械强度(2.74-2.95 GPa)和高杨氏模量(55.2-58.9 GPa)的碳纳米管薄膜。该研究为开发在恶劣条件下应用的高机械强度和新型导热材料提供了有效的策略。研发一种极端条件下有序宏观体功能材料和器件服役性能的评估技术,并建立相应的数据库。本数据集主要包括碳纳米管薄膜宏观体的制备、结构表征、力学及物理性能数据及材料.

This research addresses the critical demands in national defense, aerospace, and advanced thermal conductive material fields, and develops ordered macroscopic carbon nanotube film assemblies with important application values. The core objectives include fabricating carbon nanotube films with high density (1.59 g cm⁻³), high thermal conductivity (558.06–700.15 W m⁻¹ K⁻¹), high electrical conductivity (4870 ± 150 S cm⁻¹), high mechanical strength (2.74–2.95 GPa) and high Young's modulus (55.2–58.9 GPa). This work provides an effective strategy for developing advanced thermal conductive materials with high mechanical strength for applications under harsh conditions. We have developed an evaluation technique for the service performance of ordered macroscopic functional materials and devices under extreme conditions, and established a corresponding database. This dataset mainly covers the preparation, structural characterization, mechanical and physical property data, and materials of macroscopic carbon nanotube film assemblies.
