SEMI-NONCOMBUSTIBLE COMPOSITE-PANEL FOR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR BUILDING MATERIAL

The present invention provides a semi-non-combustible composite panel for interior and exterior materials， including a non-combustible layer for semi-non-combustible materials and a PF non-combustible layer formed on one surface of the non-combustible material. Further， one or more non-combustible non-combustible layers are provided so as to be in contact with each other， and the PF non-combustible layer is positioned between one or more non-combustible layers. According to the present invention， since the non-combustible layer having a semi-incombustibility is provided with a fiber material， it has excellent processability， excellent price competitiveness， and the non-combustible layer having a semi-non-combustibility is composed of sodium silicate and vermiculite， thereby providing excellent fire resistance.

本发明提供一种用于内外装饰材料的半不燃复合板材（semi-non-combustible composite panel），其包含适配半不燃材料的不燃层（non-combustible layer），以及形成于该不燃层单一面上的PF不燃层（PF non-combustible layer）。进一步地，设置有至少一层相互接触的不燃层，且该PF不燃层位于至少一层不燃层之间。本发明中，由于具备半不燃性能的不燃层采用纤维材料制备，因此其加工性能优异且具备极佳的价格竞争力；同时该具备半不燃性能的不燃层由硅酸钠（sodium silicate）和蛭石（vermiculite）组成，从而具备优异的防火性能。
