Morocco - Enterprise Survey 2007

The Morocco Enterprise Survey was conducted between January and June 2007. Data from 659 establishments in private manufacturing and services sectors were analyzed. The objective of Enterprise Surveys is to obtain feedback from enterprises in client countries on the state of the private sector as well as to help in building a panel of enterprise data that will make it possible to track changes in the business environment over time, thus allowing, for example, impact assessments of reforms. Through face-to-face interviews with firms in the manufacturing and services sectors, the survey assesses the constraints to private sector growth and creates statistically significant business environment indicators that are comparable across countries. The standard Enterprise Survey topics include firm characteristics, gender participation, access to finance, annual sales, costs of inputs/labor, workforce composition, bribery, licensing, infrastructure, trade, crime, competition, capacity utilization, land and permits, taxation, informality, business-government relations, innovation and technology, and performance measures. Over 90% of the questions objectively ascertain characteristics of a country’s business environment. The remaining questions assess the survey respondents’ opinions on what are the obstacles to firm growth and performance.

摩洛哥企业调查（Morocco Enterprise Survey）于2007年1月至6月间实施。本次调查对私营制造业与服务业领域的659家企业的相关数据进行了分析。企业调查（Enterprise Surveys）的核心目标是收集受访国企业关于私营部门发展现状的反馈，同时助力构建企业面板数据集，以实现长期追踪营商环境的动态变化，例如借此开展改革政策的影响评估。本次调查通过与制造业及服务业企业开展面对面访谈，评估私营部门发展面临的各类制约因素，并构建具备统计显著性、可跨国比较的营商环境指标体系。企业调查的标准调研议题涵盖企业基本特征、性别参与情况、融资渠道获取、年度销售额、投入/劳动力成本、劳动力结构、贿赂行为、许可审批流程、基础设施建设、贸易活动、犯罪问题、市场竞争格局、产能利用率、土地与许可事项、税收征管、非正规经营、政企关系、创新与技术应用以及经营表现衡量指标等。超过90%的调查问题以客观方式量化一国营商环境的各项特征，剩余问题则用于收集受访企业对制约自身成长与经营表现的各类因素的主观评价。
