Climate Vulnerabilities for Rota and Tinian CNMI

This dataset contains 28 features that correspond to areas impacted by historic climate extremes on the islands of Rota and Tinian, CNMI. The data was created as part of the Climate Vulnerability Assessment for Rota and Tinian (2015 - www.ClimateCNMI.net). The dataset is intended as a visual aid for the Rota and Tinian Assessment, and as a means of making information relevant to climate adaptation planning in the CNMI accessible to resource managers and stakeholders. Each feature includes attribute data related to the historic climate extreme, its impact on the area or resource, and projected future changes to that type of climate stressor. Data may be used by all users, and as general guidance in planning and policy development, though inherent uncertainties in climate projections should be taken into account.
