Previous studies have found that Bacillus velezensis strain 1X1Y can inhibit the growth of various potato pathogens and promote potato growth, but its mechanism is still unclear. In order to analyze the genetic information of strain 1X1Y, a combination of Illumina Hiseq second-generation sequencing and PacBio RSII third-generation sequencing techniques was used to sequence the entire genome of strain 1X1Y, and the sequencing data was compiled to deeply explore its biocontrol potential and secondary metabolite gene resources. At the genomic level, the biological control mechanism and potential probiotic mechanisms of strain 1X1Y against potato diseases were explored, providing a bioinformatics foundation for the efficient development and application of the strain.

既往研究表明,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)菌株1X1Y可抑制多种马铃薯病原菌生长并促进马铃薯植株生长,但其具体作用机制尚未阐明。为解析菌株1X1Y的遗传信息,本研究采用Illumina Hiseq二代测序与PacBio RSII三代测序相结合的技术方案,完成了该菌株的全基因组测序,并通过整合测序数据深入挖掘其生物防治潜能与次级代谢产物基因资源。本研究从基因组层面解析了菌株1X1Y抵御马铃薯病害的生物防治机制与潜在益生机制,为该菌株的高效开发与应用提供了生物信息学支撑。
