根据《1919-1970黄河流域水文特征值统计》白本数字化整理出包括黄河流域下游区（三门峡水库以下，不包括伊洛、沁河）黄河干流水位站点逐年各时段最大降水量统计表。收集整理1919-1999年黄河流域下游区黄河干流水文站点水文特征值统计资料，人工数字化获得。
This dataset is compiled through two parts: first, digitized and organized based on the original paper version of *Statistical Compilation of Hydrological Characteristic Values of the Yellow River Basin (1919–1970)*, which contains annual maximum precipitation statistics at each time interval for the mainstream water level stations in the lower Yellow River Basin (below the Sanmenxia Reservoir, excluding the Yi River, Luo River and Qin River); second, statistical data on hydrological characteristic values of mainstream hydrological stations in the lower Yellow River Basin from 1919 to 1999, which were collected and organized via manual digitization.
