To ensure the food safety of bayberries, it is necessary to control the residue level of acetamiprid, a pesticide, in bayberries. 1. Data Collection: All data are sourced from sampled inspection specimens collected from markets in Zhuji City.
2. Test Value Calculation: The test values of sampled products from local Zhuji markets are calculated using the following formula:
X = (C × V × f) / (m × 1000)
Where:
X: Content of the target component in the test sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg);
C: Content of acetamiprid in the sample test solution, unit: micrograms per liter (μg/L);
V: Constant volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliters (mL);

f: Dilution factor.
The content data of the test item acetamiprid can thus be obtained.
3. Qualification Assessment: The above test data are compared against the technical requirements specified in the National Food Safety Standard: Determination of 331 Pesticides and Their Metabolite Residues in Plant-derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GB 23200.121-2021). Samples with acetamiprid content within the specified limit are classified as qualified, while those exceeding the limit are deemed unqualified.
