Replication Data for: 'Supranational emergency politics? What executives’ public crisis communication may tell us', Journal of European Public Policy

This dataverse contains data and scripts for replicating the analyses reported in Rauh, Christian (2021) 'Supranational emergency politics? What executives’ public crisis communication may tell us', Journal of European Public Policy. Amongst other things it offers an original full-text corpus of all 13,618 speeches by EU Commissioners between 1985-04-11 and 2020-09-03 (10,953 of those in English) as well as word vectors from a 300 dims / 10-word context GloVe/SkipGram model of speeches in the House of Commons. The folder is wrapped as an RStudio project, R and package versions are indicated on top of each script.

本Dataverse数据集库（Dataverse）收录了用于复现克里斯蒂安·劳赫（Christian Rauh）2021年发表于《欧洲公共政策杂志》的论文《超国家紧急政治？行政官员的公共危机沟通能传递何种信息》中各项分析所需的数据与脚本代码。除此以外，本数据集还提供了原创全文语料库：收录了1985年4月11日至2020年9月3日期间欧盟委员会委员发表的全部13618篇演讲（其中10953篇为英文文本），以及基于英国下议院演讲语料训练得到的300维、上下文窗口为10词的GloVe/SkipGram词向量模型所生成的词向量。本数据集文件夹以RStudio项目格式封装，每份脚本的顶部均标注了所用的R语言版本及相关依赖包的版本信息。
