Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2) strain:A3(2) Raw sequence reads

This project contains raw RNA-Seq data of Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2), A3(2)-pRA and A3(2)-pRAlon recombinant strains obtained by integration of pRA and pRAlon plasmids into the genome of a wild-type strain. The data consist of 24 and 72 h sequence data of these 3 samples. The results show the effect of extra lon on the gene expression profile of Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2).

本项目包含天蓝色链霉菌（Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2)）、A3(2)-pRA及A3(2)-pRAlon重组菌株的原始RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据，上述重组菌株系通过将pRA与pRAlon质粒整合至野生型天蓝色链霉菌A3(2)的基因组而获得。本数据集包含这3个样本在培养24小时与72小时两个时间点的测序数据，其结果揭示了额外的lon基因对天蓝色链霉菌A3(2)基因表达谱的影响。
