The hologenome and holotranscriptome sequencing of a vent snail Alviniconcha marisindica

Here, we present the hologenome of Alviniconcha marisindica from a new population in Wocan field on the Carlsberg Ridge (CR) in the northern Indian Ocean, and analyse its holotranscriptome to investigate the coordination of gene expression and content among the genomes.

本研究报道了采自印度洋北部卡尔斯伯格海岭（Carlsberg Ridge, CR）沃坎海丘（Wocan field）一新种群的印度洋阿尔文螺（Alviniconcha marisindica）的全息基因组（hologenome），并对其全转录组（holotranscriptome）开展分析，以探究各基因组间基因表达与含量的协同调控关系。
