本数据集为采用96个标签条形码（barcodes）开展多重测序运行所产出的牛津纳米孔（ONT）合格测序读段（passed reads）。本次分析采用Guppy v4.2.3软件搭配高精度碱基识别模型，对上述ONT测序读段完成碱基识别与解多重分样处理。
