本研究通过染色质免疫共沉淀结合高通量测序（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation followed by high-throughput sequencing, ChIP-Seq）技术，在小鼠肾脏中鉴定Tfcp2l1的结合位点。总体设计：采用Tfcp2l1抗体开展染色质免疫沉淀分析，并以IgG作为对照。
