Materials examined by postmortem, histology and immunohistochemistry (IHC) against Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae from 13 pneumonic muskoxen found dead or culled in August/September 2012 and 2013.*Pulmonary and mesenteric (ileocaecal, jejunal) lymph nodes.**Culled and autopsied in the field September 5, 2012.Pathological examinations.
针对2012年及2013年8月至9月期间发现死亡或被扑杀的13头患肺炎麝牛，采集其样本开展尸检、组织病理学及免疫组织化学（immunohistochemistry, IHC）检测，以筛查绵羊肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae）感染。* 检测所用样本为肺脏及肠系膜（回盲肠、空肠）淋巴结。** 其中1头麝牛于2012年9月5日在野外被扑杀并实施尸检。本次工作包含病理学检测。
