Cell Line Integrated Molecular Authentication Database

CLIMA 2 is the result of an integration effort aimed at including all certified STR profiles of human cell lines in a unique database. The contents of the database are dynamically summarized (i.e., they are always up-to-date) in a table in the home page. CLIMA can be used to identify researcher's cell lines. Moreover, it can be searched either by name or by locus. The identification of a cell line is performed according to the standard ANSI/ATCC ASN-0002-2011 on "Authentication of Human Cell Lines: Standardization of STR Profiling".CLIMA 2是一项整合工作的成果，旨在将所有经过认证的人类细胞系短串联重复序列（Short Tandem Repeat）谱收录至单一数据库中。该数据库的内容会在首页的表格中进行动态汇总（即始终保持最新状态）。CLIMA 2可用于识别研究人员的细胞系，此外还支持按名称或基因座进行检索。细胞系的鉴定需遵循ANSI/ATCC ASN-0002-2011标准《人类细胞系鉴定：短串联重复序列谱分析标准化》("Authentication of Human Cell Lines: Standardization of STR Profiling")。
