目的:验证利用类器官芯片系统实现脑类器官的原位分化和产生的可行性;样品分组:传统培养皿静态培养的拟胚体来源的脑类器官,芯片上动态培养的拟胚体来源的脑类器官;获取方式:对不同培养条件下的脑类器官的分化情况进行形态学鉴定和免疫荧光染色分析。
Objective: To validate the feasibility of achieving in situ differentiation and generation of brain organoids via organoid-on-a-chip systems. Sample Groups: Brain organoids derived from embryoid bodies (EBs) cultured statically in conventional Petri dishes, and those cultured dynamically on organoid chips. Data Collection: Morphological identification and immunofluorescence staining analysis were conducted to assess the differentiation status of brain organoids under distinct culture conditions.
