Salix phylicifolia, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Salix phylicifolia to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，为欧小叶柳（Salix phylicifolia）收集其基因组与转录组数据，以辅助该物种的基因组组装与注释工作。本项目产出的数据将依据《达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策》（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行开放共享。
