Expression profile in Overexpression of GST,GST-Med3

我们利用基因芯片（microarrays）技术，针对过表达谷胱甘肽S-转移酶（GST）与GST-Med3的酵母细胞开展基因表达变化研究，以探究该过表达过程如何影响全局基因表达。我们从过表达GST或GST-Med3的酵母细胞中提取RNA样本，并将其与Affymetrix基因芯片进行杂交，实验分组为GST组与GST-Med3组。
