Composting is widely regarded as an effective method for reducing antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in livestock and poultry manure. However, rapid composting without maturation phase, may increase the risk of ARGs spread. In this study, normal compost and two various rapid composting experiments were used to analyze the removal of ARGs during the maturation phase.
堆肥被广泛认为是降低畜禽粪便中抗生素抗性基因(Antibiotic Resistance Genes,ARGs)的有效手段。然而,未经历腐熟阶段的快速堆肥可能会增加抗生素抗性基因传播的风险。本研究选取常规堆肥与两组不同的快速堆肥实验作为研究对象,分析了腐熟阶段内抗生素抗性基因的去除情况。
