Total liver RNA extracts from adult male mice (3 months old, Gabrg2tm1Wul/J +/+ or Gabrg2tm1Wul/J F77I/F77I) subjected to Regular-chow or High-fat diet (regime duration: 4weeks) were analyzed to describe the effect of Gabrg2tm1Wul/J genetic background to obesity-induced transcriptomic alterations. Regular Chow Diet, Gabrg2tm1Wul/J +/+ (n=3), Regular Chow Diet, Gabrg2tm1Wul/J F77I/F77I (n=5), High-fat Chow Diet, Gabrg2tm1Wul/J +/+ (n=9), High-fat Chow Diet, Gabrg2tm1Wul/J F77I/F77I (n=6).

本研究对3月龄成年雄性Gabrg2tm1Wul/J +/+或Gabrg2tm1Wul/J F77I/F77I基因型小鼠的肝脏总RNA提取物开展分析,所有受试小鼠分别接受正常维持饲料或高脂饲料饲喂,造模周期均为4周,旨在阐明Gabrg2tm1Wul/J遗传背景对肥胖诱导的转录组变化的影响。各组样本设置及样本量如下:正常维持饲料组、Gabrg2tm1Wul/J +/+基因型小鼠(n=3);正常维持饲料组、Gabrg2tm1Wul/J F77I/F77I基因型小鼠(n=5);高脂饲料组、Gabrg2tm1Wul/J +/+基因型小鼠(n=9);高脂饲料组、Gabrg2tm1Wul/J F77I/F77I基因型小鼠(n=6)。
