Acetobacter tropicalis strain:DmCS006 Genome sequencing

Acetobacter tropicalis is an acetic acid bacterium of industrial and clinical significance. This strain was originally isolated from a Drosophila melanogaster microbiome sample. This is a hybrid genome assembly prepared using Illumina and Oxford Nanopore reads. The goal of this study was to obtain a largely complete genome.
