Selection of reference genes for RT-qPCR analysis in Ceratina Calcarata Robertson (Hymenoptera: Apidae) under different developmental stages and landscapes

This dataset contains raw cycle threshold (Ct) values obtained from qPCR analysis of candidate reference genes in small carpenter bee (Ceratina calcarata). The data were generated to evaluate the stability of reference candidate genes for gene expression normalization. Samples include different developmental stages and collection sites. The dataset supports reference gene validation studies in C. calcarata.
