Patient characteristics.

During the study period, 263 patients were admitted to the ICU of whom 49 were intubated and were included in this study. We excluded patients with cardiopulmonary arrest who could not be resuscitated on admission. 研究期间，共263例患者收治于重症监护病房（Intensive Care Unit, ICU），其中49例接受气管插管术并被纳入本研究。本研究排除了入院时无法复苏的心肺骤停患者。
