Effects of three different additives included in diets during the pre-weaning phase on the metataxonomic microbial classification, rumen fermentation and blood parameters in male calves of multi-origin raised in a Spanish commercial farm, and their impact on the post-weaning phase. Rumen fluid samples were collected before weaning and two months after weaning.

本数据集聚焦于西班牙商业养殖场中饲养的多血统雄性犊牛,探究断奶前阶段(pre-weaning phase)日粮中添加三种不同添加剂对其微生物宏分类学分类(metataxonomic microbial classification)、瘤胃发酵(rumen fermentation)及血液指标(blood parameters)的影响,同时分析该三种添加剂对犊牛断奶后阶段(post-weaning phase)的作用。试验期间分别于断奶前及断奶后两个月采集瘤胃液样本。
