桐油高值化产品制备技术

针对油桐产品单一、综合利用附加值不高等问题, 利用桐油共轭双键结构特点，应用加聚、缩聚反应、离子聚合缓控等化学反应原理，突破桐油精深化学改性关键制备技术, 开发桐油基可挠环氧树脂、桐油沥青新型单体及复合材料、阻燃型桐油基多元醇及相关聚氨酯硬泡等深加工新产品，实现桐油高值化利用。

To address the problems of single product category and low added value in the comprehensive utilization of tung oil products, this study utilizes the conjugated double bond structure of tung oil, applies chemical reaction principles including addition polymerization, condensation polymerization and controlled ionic polymerization, breaks through the key preparation technologies for advanced chemical modification of tung oil, develops a series of deep-processed new products such as tung oil-based flexible epoxy resins, novel monomers and composites derived from tung oil pitch, flame-retardant tung oil-based polyols and their related polyurethane rigid foams, and realizes the high-value utilization of tung oil.
