IL-22 down-regulates filaggrin expression and affects expression of profilaggrin processing enzymes by keratinocytes. Homo sapiens

Genome-wide analysis of gene expression after stimulation with cytokines to assess the main processes, molecular functions and cellular components affected as well as genes related to skin barrier function. Overall design: HaCaT cells were exposed to IL-22 (200ng/ml) for 12h. The cells were lysed, total RNA was extracted and microarray study was performed on Illumina HT12 platform.

为系统评估经细胞因子（cytokines）刺激后受影响的核心生物学过程、分子功能与细胞组分，以及与皮肤屏障功能（skin barrier function）相关的基因，本研究开展细胞因子刺激后的全基因组基因表达分析。
实验整体设计：将HaCaT细胞以200ng/ml的白细胞介素22（IL-22）刺激12小时，随后裂解细胞、提取总RNA，并在Illumina HT12平台上开展微阵列（microarray）研究。
