Literature tracking use of Musa accessions at Bioversity International Musa Germplasm Transit Centre (2007-2018)

The list of accessions extracted and manually curated from peer review publications by text mining literature on google scholar and/or MusaLit with list of keywords (e.g. ITC, Musa, banana, genebanks, Bioversity). Data were thus inserted by accession in the Musa Germplasm information system.本数据集系通过预设关键词列表（如ITC、Musa、香蕉、种质资源库、Bioversity），在谷歌学术（Google Scholar）和/或MusaLit数据库中开展文献文本挖掘，从同行评议期刊论文中提取信息并经人工审校后得到的种质登录材料列表。相关数据已按种质登录项录入芭蕉属种质资源信息系统（Musa Germplasm Information System）。
