Expression data of Tfh cells in hepatitis B patients

滤泡辅助性T细胞（Follicular Helper T cells, Tfh）可辅助B细胞产生高亲和力抗体。截至目前，尚无研究探讨循环滤泡辅助性T细胞在慢性乙型肝炎（Chronic Hepatitis B, CHB）患者接受标准聚乙二醇化干扰素α（PEG-IFN-α）治疗后的治疗应答状态及其生物学意义。为探究慢性乙型肝炎患者中，对聚乙二醇化干扰素α治疗应答存在差异的滤泡辅助性T细胞的差异化生物学活性背后的分子机制，本研究从7名经48周聚乙二醇化干扰素α治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者体内分离得到滤泡辅助性T细胞，其中完全应答者1例、不完全应答者2例、无应答者4例。
