Radial 177Lu dose point kernels in 13 media: OpenGATE simulations, profiles and surrogate-model analysis

Supporting data and code for the article "Limitations of Simple Machine-Learning Surrogates for Cross-Tissue Prediction of Radial 177Lu Dose Point Kernels" (Biomedical Physics & Engineering Express, BPEX-106185). The repository contains the OpenGATE 10 simulation and post-processing scripts, the GATE material database used for all simulations, the radial dose point kernel profiles for the 13 simulated media, and the analysis scripts and result tables underlying the reported surrogate-model benchmark. Simulations: homogeneous sphere of radius 3.63 mm, central 177Lu beta-minus point source (RADAR spectrum, beta continuum only), G4EmPenelopePhysics, 2x10^7 primaries per medium, dose scored on a 0.1 mm isotropic grid and averaged over concentric spherical shells.See README.md for full details and column units.
