Bottlesim results for Przewalski's horse

We used BottleSim to do forwards-in-time simulations (also known as individual-based simulations), and predict the genetic impact of population reductions. Through simulation, we could monitor changes in the genetic composition of a population analyzing samples at specific time intervals based on a starting population value.We have tried variable scenarios of population size(15,50,100,200)

本研究采用BottleSim开展正向时间模拟（forward-in-time simulations，亦称基于个体的模拟[individual-based simulations]），以预测种群缩减的遗传效应。通过模拟实验，我们可基于初始种群数值，在特定时间间隔对样本进行分析，进而监测种群遗传组成的动态变化。本研究设置了15、50、100、200共四种不同的种群大小情景。
