The expression profiles analysis of shigella flexneri incubated in rabbit ileum

To find the alterations of expression profiles of shigella flexneri, we performed DNA chip analysis and proteomic analysis at the same time. an overnight culture of the wild-type strain in LB broth was harvested and resuspended in 20 ml PBS buffer and then incubated in PBS at 37 degree and in rabbit ileum for 4 hours respectively.

为探究福氏志贺菌（Shigella flexneri）的表达谱变化，本研究同步开展了DNA芯片分析与蛋白质组学分析。将LB肉汤中培养过夜的野生型菌株菌液收集后，重悬于20 mL磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS buffer）中，随后分别置于37℃的PBS缓冲液及兔回肠组织中孵育4小时。
