To understand how ANIP1 participates in immune response, we monitored the whole-transcriptome of wild type (Nipponbare) and ANIP1-KO (anip1) plants. Total RNA was isolated from 3-week-old seedlings with three repeats and subjected to high throughput sequencing using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 PE-150. Magnaporthe oryzae (Mo) treatment was performed by inoculating the seedlings with the compatible isolate RB22 for 48 h.
