To investigate the function of the histone deacetylase Hos2 under glycerol-based growth condition in S. cerevisiae, we analyzed the gene expression profiles by RNA-Seq and performed comparative analyses between the wild-type and hos2-deleted strains. Each sample contains three biological repeats.
