The sequence of box C/D snoRNAs assigned to each 2’-O methylated rRNA position is provided. SnoRNAs which were already present in the Rfam database are indicated by name. C box (blue), D box (green), D’ box (purple), and complementary sequences (orange) are highlighted for each newly identified snoRNA. For reference, the positions modified in X. tropicalis and the identified snoRNAs in X. tropicalis are indicated (see [67] for details). (XLSX)
