Results of saliva specimen testing.

The results of testing with LIAT RT-PCR, RT-LAMP and endpoint RT-PCR (EP) are shown in comparison to the results of the Mesa Photonics MPro and PLpro tests. The delta RFU from 2–4 separate experiments with x2-4 replicates for Quanti Dye and PLpro were averaged (Δmean) and the means normalized relative to the mean RFU from Quanti Dye. The cutoff value for specimen quantity was determined using Quanti Dye RFU of 169,888 RFU. Specimens with a value ≥27.7 for PLpro Ratio were considered positive.

本研究对比展示了LIAT逆转录聚合酶链反应（LIAT RT-PCR）、逆转录环介导等温扩增（RT-LAMP）、终点法逆转录聚合酶链反应（endpoint RT-PCR，简称EP）与梅萨光子（Mesa Photonics）MPro及PLpro检测的结果。针对Quanti Dye与PLpro检测，共开展2至4组独立实验，每组设置2至4次重复，将所得相对荧光单位差值（ΔRFU）取平均并记为Δmean；同时以Quanti Dye的平均相对荧光单位（RFU）为参照，对各组均值进行归一化处理。以169888 RFU的Quanti Dye RFU值作为样本量的临界值。PLpro比值（PLpro Ratio）≥27.7的样本判定为阳性。
