WHAT: Structured records of the ≥3 targeted community resilience objectives co-identified at each pilot site, plus longitudinal documentation of progress and any emergent resilience improvements. WHERE: One record set per hub (Jacksonville, Gainesville, Cedar Key). WHY: Required Exhibit B evidence and a key input for the third-party outcome and impact evaluation conducted by CredUp Hub. HOW: Co-design workshops at project initiation, periodic progress reviews with community partners, and milestone documentation aligned with quarterly evaluation reviews. WHEN: Initiated in Year 1 and tracked through Year 3.
