H441 cells lacking DNA MMR activity have reduced expression of antiviral and stress response genes during influenza A virus infection. Overall design: H441 cells were depleted of control or DNA MMR genes MSH2+MSH6 and then infected with mock or influenza A virus for 24 h before toral RNA collection and RNAseq.

缺乏DNA错配修复(DNA Mismatch Repair, MMR)活性的H441细胞,在甲型流感病毒感染过程中其抗病毒基因与应激反应基因的表达水平出现下调。实验整体设计:将H441细胞分别以对照基因或DNA错配修复基因MSH2与MSH6进行基因敲低处理,随后将每组细胞分别接受模拟感染(mock)或甲型流感病毒侵染,感染24小时后收集总RNA并进行RNA测序(RNAseq)。
