The shift and response of microbial community in PAHs bioremediation

In the present study,the degrader were carried on montmorillonite or HA to remove PAHs in soil, meanwhile the shift and response of microbial community and functional microbes were explored. It is meaningful to further understand the microbial mechanism of microbial inoculants in bioremediation, and provide convincing evidence for the application of microbial remediation.

本研究中将降解剂负载于蒙脱石（montmorillonite）或HA之上，用于去除土壤中的多环芳烃(PAHs)，同时探究了微生物群落与功能微生物的演替及响应规律。本研究有助于进一步阐明微生物菌剂在生物修复中的微生物学机制，可为微生物修复技术的应用提供有力佐证。
